Cold Room Repairs in KTC, Gugulethu

KTC is one of 10 sub-areas we serve inside Gugulethu, and our cold room repairs response here targets under 60 minutes from call to arrival.

Calls from KTC are typically for defrost timers faults and the temperature drift they cause in butcheries premises.

Because KTC sits inside the Gugulethu dispatch zone, we route the nearest available Cape Flats technician rather than the next one free at a central depot.
